- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As long as you can provide sufficient details about the job, I should be able to give you a firm quote before starting any project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to establish verbal communication as soon as possible. I find it to be more thorough than messaging, a lot more detail can be discussed and explained so there is no miscommunication resulting in an unfair or impractical quote for the work load.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of school in the pipe trades as well as 10 years on the job experience. I also have 15 years of on the job training working with everything from painting to building a home working for and side by side with general contractors
