I had an amazing time at Darren’s “Making Mushrooms Magical” cooking class! He is so talented, kind, and funny, making the experience both educational and enjoyable. I learned so much about different mushroom varieties and ways to prepare them. Plus, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I've taken a couple of Darren's classes. They're always fun and very low key, not intimidating at all. I love the focus on plant based foods and the delicious recipes you can make from them. I've really learned a lot, too!

I loved my Taco class with Darren! The food was delicious and we had so much fun. Darren is kind, patient and hysterical. I can see how he works with a bunch of different groups (including people in recovery.) I’m hopeful that I can take the techniques I learned and implement them in my day to day. I heard he also ran popular Farm to Table events in the past so I’ve asked him to keep me posted on anything he hosts in the future!! 5 stars! :)) 🌟
