I’m always kind of waiting for the proverbial other shoe to drop when dealing with contractors. Generally speaking, a job starts off great and then for one reason or another things can just go south. So when I decided to hire Magan David Flooring I feared I might be in for disappointment — and out of a lot of money — despite the 100-plus rave reviews it received on Thumbtack. But I have to say that far from being a disappointment, Magan David Flooring provided one of the most positive, most professional, most satisfying hires I have ever had when it comes to work on my home. The estimate I immediately received for the job was fair and included a senior citizen discount I hadn’t even known they offered. The contract I was sent was detailed and clear as to what work the company would be responsible for. Work began on the day that was agreed upon. Furniture that we agreed would be removed from the house by MDF (and brought back into the house at the completion of the job) was done so . The company manager was in constant contact with me regarding where things stood as far as the floor work was concerned. And four days later I was left with living room, bedroom and kitchen floors that have been beautifully transformed. I can’t stop looking at them. They have made me once again love and take pride in my home. The cost was worth every penny. I can’t recommend the MDF team highly enough.

The whole crew did a fantastic job, restored my 75 year old oak floors beautifully. Finished on time and a fair price, i would recommend to anyone.

I hired this company to remove old carpet, install vinyl flooring, and refurbish my stairs, and they did an excellent job! The team was super quick, very professional, and the quality of both the product and the workmanship is outstanding. They were determined to make sure I was happy with the results, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend them!

Gabe and his team deserve 10 stars!! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It is such a challenge dealing with contractors. They either don't show up on time (if ever) or call you when they say they would. Not here!! Gabe responded to all of my questions and concerns within a matter of minutes - seriously!!. His crew was extremely detail-oriented and very knowledgeable. Not to mention, the floors look beautiful and he beat everyone's price for a higher quality tile. I am so grateful and thankful for a job so well done!!
