- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the size of the home, level of cleaning needed, and the condition of the space. Deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleanings may cost more due to the extra time and detail required. Thumbtack usually provides an estimated price, and our rates generally follow that estimate. We focus on providing high-quality service and great value for our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few questions about the home, such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the type of cleaning needed. Based on that information, we provide an estimate and schedule a convenient time for the service. On the day of the cleaning, our team arrives prepared and focused on delivering a thorough, high-quality cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has practical training and hands-on experience in residential cleaning, including deep cleaning, regular maintenance cleaning, and move-in/move-out services. We are trained to pay close attention to detail and to use safe and effective cleaning techniques to deliver excellent results.
