Had issues at the start with no showing. First appointment they were supposed to come at 10am no one showed and when called said they were running late on another job and could arrive 2hrs later which being a rental unit and me not living there was not possible. Next day scheduled they arrived measured the window and said they would be back to fit the glass. The workers never returned that day and were not responding. Got in touch with owner said they can come back another day. The day they were supposed to come back I checked in around noon to see if anyone was coming to the property, which is a rental which requires coordination with tenant, he said they would be there after lunch. They never showed that day either. The next day they arrived and were able to fix the window from the exterior. The owner is responsive but 3 no shows is unacceptable especially when each appointment i have to travel 45min to the property to meet with the workers. The work was good but scheduling was an issue. Hopefully it was not the norm for this company

Had United Glassworks out to my house to replace broken glass units. They had all windows fixed and changed in one day. They worked fast and very clean. Highly recommended
