- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary from project to project depending on content, complexity, size, materials, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start, we will communicate via e-mail or telephone with a brief discussion about the project regarding the following: 1.Basic project details 2.Idea/Subject Matter 3.Size/Dimensions (for Murals, consider if you would like to do full room, sporatic integration, or a specific number of walls) 4.Location After this initial conversation, we will typically schedule a meeting at the space where the project will take place to formulate, review, and negotiate the rough estimate/invoice I have put together (If the project is an individual piece of custom artwork, this meeting can occur via telephone). Once all Project Specifications are clear and our invoice is agreed upon, there will be a first signing involving approval of contract, as well as compensation for any materials + 20-30%deposit (% of deposit depends on the project). We will then discuss Scheduling for the project and a Start Date. Once the Project is complete, we will then have our Second Signing of the invoice which involves confirmation of completion and the Final Payment (Remaining amount after deposit)
