We reached out to Storms Land Services, LLC based on all the great reviews in Thumbtack. We had just put a new deck on the house and were stumped on how to coordinate with landscaping. Conner Storms came to the rescue. He gave us a lot of ideas of what we could do within our budget. He basically created a wonderful landscape project that even included stepping stones off the deck and around the concrete patio. Conner is exceptional, dedicated and reliable. He gave us a great quote and had this job finished in no time. He was on time, courteous and professional. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with his ideas and if we wanted to change anything. He went above and beyond to make our yard look amazing. We are so happy with the results that we will be using his services in the future. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask for pictures up front and ask for a more general idea of what you want done. Then from there, I will schedule a time to meet with you and come up with a solution to solve your problems and leave you with a product you will enjoy for years. And most importantly, stay in your budget!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 10 years working the landscaping industry, and 4 years working in the excavation/ site work field, I have learned, observed, and self-taught myself what works and what does not.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be open to new ideas! Even though you know what you want, a professional might be able to offer other ideas that may look better, work better, and be more cost effective.
