My laptop was working very slow, super sluggish, pop ups, a viruses and some other stuff I have no idea what. We did quote online and we are so happy we called Ken! Because getting a new computer repair person can be like finding a new doctor! The work was done fast and professionally. Now my computer is flying, it's like a brand-new laptop! And I really appreciate,that Ken takes time to explain what he was doing and what else should be done. So, if you need to get your computer problem resolved, I strongly recommend you to call Ken. Ken fixed my computer in a timely & professional matter, on a Sunday at my convenience, He went above & beyond to make my computer run like new again. I do not believe I could get the service I received from him elsewhere. His rates are very, very reasonable, you do not find that kind of rates or service elsewhere. I know he will always have my computer repair business.

Ken did an outstanding job fixing my mothers computer, I can say he was even willing to travel on very bad snowy roads to get there, her computer had a few issues, then Comcast made her computer unusable. Ken had it straightened out and running like new in no time. One of things I greatly admire him for is he takes the time to explain what he is doing and what you can do, to help keep your computer clean and in top shape. Everyone has choices of who fixes there computers, weather it be another tech, Staples etc. I chose Ken and will do so for all our computer issues.

Ken is an excellent tech, anytime I have a problem al I have to do is call and he contacts me immediately and corrects my problems. I still have a warranty on my computer and prefer to use Ken as my tech. I sent my laptop back to the company for repairs and after waiting for 2 weeks the laptop came back and I still had problems. I called Ken and he repaired my laptop and also my cleaned up my desk top within a work day. He has worked on several family members and they feel the same as I do. My grandson ( which is 21) and on his own calls me anytime he has an issue for Ken's phone number. My computers now work with no problems. I highly recommend Ken Carberry not only as a great tech but also well mannered, considerate, and very flexible working with the individual. Ken most of the time comes to my home but he also has helped me via telephone and through team viewer. Ken is like the Postman: snow, sleet; rain or shine he is always on time and there to work diligently until problem is solved.
