- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You are getting the skills, qualifications and great service that is provided from 27 years of experience doing computer repair work for less of a rate than most computer technicians. Standard pricing is base on a flat rate for 45.00, plus parts if the computer system needs them. .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will explain the whole process from the start of the computer repair to the end of the computer repair that is being done for the customer.
