JJs Property Solution reached out about a project I had posted. I spoke to someone through the app and we set up a time for the measurements to be taken. A guy named Dominic came out, took the measurements and asked for a deposit. The amount was half the cost of the total replacement. I paid and the next day received a message asking what type of window I wanted and was given an ETA for the window shipment. Monday I logged in to Thumbtack and saw that the page was deactivated. I reached out to customer serivce and they said the account holder is having an issue with Thumbtack. I haven't heard anything from JJs Property Solutions since. I've tried calling and get no response.
