Jad and the team at On Cue Construction are simple the best! -Professional -Communicative -Timely -Honest -Punctual -Kind We had a huge painting project that included removing old, green wallpaper from our walls, treating and preparing the walls and paint. The project required a certain level of finesse, patience and skill. And did I mention we had a tight turnaround because we were hosting 30 people at our home for Thanksgiving! Jad was lightening fast with his responses, his presence for the walkthrough and delivering the estimate. He worked with us on pricing and helped us stay close to our budget. Within 36 hours of my request on Thumbtack, Jad and his team were at my house peeling that old, green wallpaper right off the walls. They completed the project AHEAD of estimated timeline and did so on budget. I was so impressed with Jad, the performance of his team, the level of communication and the high level of professionalism, I recommended him to an interior designer friend who works on commercial and celebrity projects! We had unusually heavy snow (2ft+) in Northern NJ earlier this week. I reached out to Jad via Thumbtack. He was very responsive and communicative, gave a firm but fair price and set expectations on his availability and ETA well in advance. He and his crew arrived on time, dud a great job with snow removing and salting and was kind enough to move my cars as well. Very satisfied with his services.

I do provide discounts, and I always like to give my customers a break down so they understand what exactly it is I am charging them for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers in the sense of knowing exactly what it is they want. I feel that it is very important to understand each other and build a good relationship as well as do an outstanding job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing labor when I was 18 and currently have a business degree. I am studying to get my PMP and of course opening up my own contracting business. I am also OSHA 30 certified.
