- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Need a server or bartender? Both of each? Look no further. My fees are available on my profile. If you are looking for concierge or need help with rentals, I am happy to assist. The cost will be added on to the hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The introduction will come to the app. I request a brief phone call to discuss the specificities of your event and what you are looking for. It also gives you an opportunity to meet me and ask me any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have served and bartended in both a restaurant setting, many caterers and event planners. I am a mom to 3 children. I work full time outside of this. I enjoy watching a party come to life and I love being a part of that process. My experience has taught me how to execute and what I need to do to ensure a seamless and smooth party, which emphasis on customer engagement.
