FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not every Personal Trainer is the same.. If the chemistry is not there and your not enjoying your time, try another trainer. There should be no hard feelings. It's normal, do not let one experience ruin your motivation to continue!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What I have to offer is experience, knowledge and a must to further my education. I assess my clients first and then design a workout routine that makes sense for that individual. Once we start training, I focus on technique and form, making sure my clients understand what muscles groups will be activating and engaging. Without form, technique and basic knowledge of what body parts/groups of muscles your working and why your working them is without a doubt a recipe for on the spot injury or long term injury and not to mention inefficient time spent working out.. My programs increase energy levels, improve mobility, stability, endurance, strength, flexibility. This is a recipe for a strong body, strong lungs and a strong powerful heart!
