I’m so impressed with the level of communication I received from drain care pros while setting up the appointment for them to come to the house. Their technician was on time took a look at the problem exactly what to do and was out of the house in 15 minutes and my toilet was fixed. Linval was exactly there at my house at the ETA. He understood the issue very well and quoted the price and process for maintenance. He changed the garbage disposal of my kitchen sink with the Moen garbage disposal, which he had in hand. He cleared the space after finishing the work too. Great job with reasonable price. Thank you.

I’m very pleased I contacted Drain Care Pros. The person I spoke to on the phone was very easy to deal with and put me at ease. The plumber arrived same day and he was great. He did an excellent job and he talked me through what had caused the leak and what he was doing to fix it. I am extremely happy with the service I got and the repair. And he was respectful of my apartment. I will definitely be using this company again if/when needed.

They live up to their 5 star rating. Had a dripping sink faucet that after evaluation was to require me to obtain parts for a discontinued faucet model with the manufacturer. Or else decide to replace the faucet. Linval and Yusuf right away looked up faucets available at the nearby Lowes and went out to go purchase it. Instead of rescheduling the service with me going out to purchase a faucet, they went out and purchased it and came back and installed it fairly quickly. Looks beautiful. I would be remiss to not mention also that they are very friendly and personable individuals. It was admirable to watch/hear Linval during the service coach Yusuf who appeared to be a junior employee/understudy.
