Had to repair a faulty .5 HP Craftsman with an upgraded 1.0 HP Chamberlain unit off the truck, since that was the most compatible. Was overall very satisfied with the service and the repairman was very friendly. Price was much higher than expected, but I will note it was same day service and within the 1-3PM time frame given that same morning. If it wasn't for the high price, I would give 5 stars, but I have to go with 4, because I definitely didn't expect to pay as much by at least $200 bucks. But, I will emphasize the superior same day service if you are willing to pay the premium. Cost is my only issue here.

The servicer correctly installed a new garage cooper opener and replaced the faulty garage door. Was helping to program the 2nd garage door opener which was working OK. to test if a light outlet works or not he inserted a screw driver. There was spark followed by a tripping of the circuit switch. Basically that burnt out the 2nd garage door opener. After a lot of back and forth on who should fix it ; I had to cough up the money for the 2nd garage door opener.
