I’m so impressed with the level of communication I received from drain care pros while setting up the appointment for them to come to the house. Their technician was on time took a look at the problem exactly what to do and was out of the house in 15 minutes and my toilet was fixed. I would definitely call them again for any issue I might have. Thank you.

I’m very pleased I contacted Drain Care Pros. The person I spoke to on the phone was very easy to deal with and put me at ease. The plumber arrived same day and he was great. He did an excellent job and he talked me through what had caused the leak and what he was doing to fix it. I am extremely happy with the service I got and the repair. And he was respectful of my apartment. I will definitely be using this company again if/when needed.

Our experience with Drain Care Pros was very positive. They responded very promptly when I reached out to them on Thumbtack, and they answered my questions and scheduled an appointment that day for us. When our plumber arrived, he was was so helpful and explained everything clearly. He was also very gracious with some of our time and coordination issues, which we very much appreciated!
