- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive. After we conduct an initial visit to the job site and we have had the opportunity to carefully evaluate all of the particulars of the job, we will provide a price based on materials and labor we estimate will be needed to complete the job. We believe in using the best materials the budget allows and you can be sure that our workmanship is always the best; we do not cut corners and we will work until the job is completed to your and our satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we conduct a brief interview by phone or by text to find out details about the job and we schedule an appointment to meet in person and see the job site. At the job site, we will go over all your expectations for the job and answer all your questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Business Administration. I have worked in the construction related field for over 10 years and have own my company for seven years.
