Miguel reached out in matter of seconds. I had a serious situation at 10pm at night. My tenant bathroom shutoff valve snapped and i had water leaking to the downstairs apartment and garage area. Mike was very attentive and assured he can fixed the problem. He showed up the next morning at 7:30 and was out by 8:30 and I had no more issues. It was a great experience and he set the right expectations. I would certainly use Miguel again for any plumbing work.

Mike was diligent with his arrival, he was knowledgeable, and took the time to explain to us what was happening with our pipes; even to my 12 year old son, whom seemed to have many questions. He provided us with a time frame, and quote. As he worked and notice things were a little worse then what he thought his quote didn't change. But he insured that the job was done correct. He did a wonderful job. And im happy Thumbtack referred him to us. Being new to home ownership, any other plumbing issues we have we are definitely calling Mike. Thanks again Mike.

They tried to cancel service 1 hour before scheduled time. Guy shows up in unmarked car (bonded?,Insured?) doesn't bring receipt book, no uniform denoting he works for anyone. Had he checked his work he would have found the giant hole in pipe he missed!!! My wife just wanted him gone once he replaced the pvc elbow. Called my usual guy who shows up in big shinny company van and in uniform with helper and fixes problem in 25 minutes, all for a little more than CSC jagweed. Thanks for the lesson in bad workmanship to the tune of $125
