Vitaly got us scheduled seamlessly and for a great price. Mike The Plumber showed up and was very polite, friendly, and professional. We needed a new kitchen faucet installed and he had some issues removing the old kitchen faucet due to old rust buildup. Fear not, Mike went down to the truck and brought up a saw to just cut the old leaking faucet out and installed our new faucet rather quickly. The next time I need a plumbing job, I will come right back to Drain Genie! Excellent scheduling, value, and workmanship! A+++++
