Hi- If I could pick 5 and not only 3, I would also add Value and Punctuality aside from Quality, Professionalism and Responsiveness. This guy was perfect. He fixed my outside outlet (it was all rotted) so I could put up Christmas lights. Also, my ceiling fan censor which he discovered needed a battery, that was out-of-commission for about 10 years, as I nor anyone else knew what to do with this. I will use him for my next electric project and everyone else should too!
