I am currently working with Paul's and Sons to help cement a deal on a rehab and flip project. They are consummate professionals (a statement that I rarely use describing only the best). They are always early for property walkthroughs and extremely well versed in their craft. Providing insight and recommendations regarding rehab potential and even bringing to light issues that the other contractors either overlooked or just plain ignored! I would highly recommend this company as they have been invaluable in helping us navigate rehab estimates for our reno projects. I think I found my permanent GC.

Mr. Paul came and gave me an estimate as to how much the job would cost. We agreed on a scheduled date to start said project. The job was completed in a timely manner and the quality of work were exceptional.
