- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of the job, as well as travel distance. I always provide fair, upfront quotes that include gas and setup time—no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for multiple items or repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the customer’s needs and the type of furniture they want assembled. Once we agree on a quote, I schedule a convenient time, confirm all details, and arrive fully equipped. After assembly, I double-check stability, clean up the workspace, and make sure the customer is completely satisfied before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with a wide range of furniture brands and materials, from IKEA to high-end custom pieces. Over the years, I’ve trained myself in efficient assembly methods, safe handling, and quality checks to make sure every piece is built right — and built to last.
