Ramiro did his best to find a replacement slider for our kitchen draw. The piece was discontined.. so no easy fix was available to get our draw operational. He told us he could make new soft close draws that we'd like so we had him replace all 3. He did a really good job, swiftly. Will use him again for some other things we want to have take care of.
