I was desperate to get it fixed as it was hot outside and I had guests. Doda responded to my inquiry quickly and then arrived in less than an hour. The AC was fixed and the pricing was very fair. I called at least 15 HVAC companies to come to my historical home for an estimate. All of the companies, whether they were larger or smaller companies had some type of caveat, or issue or cost were simply cost prohibitive. The experience of trying to find the right company has truly been taxing, that is until I met Jose from MJJ HVACLLC. Jose was absolutely fantastic! He came. He told me what he was gonna do. He was really clear about what the issue was and planned out with me how it would be solved. If he said that he would be there at a particular time, he showed up he did what he said he was going to do! He said he would be there at 8 AM. He was there at 7:55am. The professionalism, the quality of work, overall experience was a 10 out of 10. I would recommend him any day of the week! He was absolutely fantastic!

I had an issue with my 18 year old central air AC system where the compressor was failing and the coil was clogged. My condenser is located in the backyard and the furnace/air handler and coil in the attic, which on 90-100 degree summer days can range from 130-140 degrees. I decided to replace the entire system due to age/performance. The team was very communicative. The technicians (2) were extremely professional and informative. It took about 3 separate visits to complete the installation due to some unforeseen roadblocks (e.g. received vertical air handler vs. horizontal from supplier and needed to swap, and the techs needed some additional material to complete the installation). After installation, I had a concern with the new system’s air flow, and the technician came back and double checked everything with me to ensure I understood the equipment efficiencies and dynamic of my ac system (given the main equipment is in the attic). I will be moving forward with FIX HVAC to install an exhaust fan system to keep the attic cool and extend the life of my new equipment as well as utilize the team for my annual maintenance moving forward. Overall I am an extremely satisfied customer and would highly recommend.
