When I first spoke to Kevin he sent a quote via e-mail. we made an appointment we made got snowed out. When I contacted him to reschedule he told me h3 needed to see the job to give me a more accurate quote and we made an appointment. Three days in a row he said he was coming and didn't show up. He didn't show up on the second appointment date and he has not returned any of my phone calls. If he is the only person you can recommend for the job I'm not interested
