- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Introduce myself, talk a little more about myself and my work; -Better understand the service requested to formulate a price that is fair for both, which is affordable for the customer and gives me an acceptable profit; -If the value is confirmed, schedule the date and time at which the service will be performed; -The day before the service, contact the customer confirming the service, with a photo of the car and the driver to facilitate the meeting; - Provide an excellent service, which generates trust, convenience and security so that the customer feels good about traveling with us;
