Introduction: Hi! Im Paris, a Certified PT through The National Council on Strength and Fitness. I specialize in Weight Loss, Strength Training and Corrective exercises to help you feel and move your best! I also Specialize in PRENATAL/POSTPARTUM training. I have my BS in Kinesiology from Syracuse. I’ve loved my training sessions with Paris. I’ve never been someone who has been consistent with working out but he was patient, knew how to modify exercises and is extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the purpose of exercises and I’ve found myself getting much stronger and staying consistent for three months now. I definitely highly recommend!

I reached out to Paris extremely skeptical of how I would feel about the effectiveness of my workout and being able to accomplish my goals remotely. After my first week, I learned that when he told me that he would be my "accountability partner", I quickly appreciated what that meant. He is prepared, knowledgeable, funny, encouraging, completely engaged and invested in my success. He's basically awesome and I love my work out and the results. He does not come to play...be prepared!!

I originally started training with Paris on August 2018. I continue to train with Paris to this day for various reasons. For instance, he is very respectful with me throughout our session and through email communications. I feel comfortable asking him questions, which makes him approachable. His answers are substantive and demonstrate his profound knowledge in exercise and nutrition. When I feel tired or nervous about working with a heavier weight than I am used to, he provides positive encouragement and praise. He recognizes when I don’t feel challenged by an exercise and asks me if I want to make it more challenging, which I typically would. Paris is reliable and flexible with me time-wise. Several advanced exercises that Paris had me do, such as a cable exercise on a decline bench to target the abdominal muscles, are very clever and challenging, which I especially enjoy. Finally, my health significantly improved due to training with Paris. I had extremely high triglyceride levels before training with Paris (which peaked at one point to over 1400 mg/dL), but now they’re almost normal (most recently at around 200 mg/dL). I would strongly recommend training with Paris to anyone who is interested in seeking a top-quality personal trainer.

Paris is one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. He's professional and knowledgeable, and has the ability create any workout to be geared toward personal need. He also goes out of his way to help me achieve my goals, including giving me dieting tips and additional workouts that I can do on my off days. Highly recommend working with Paris.

    I offer 8 and 12 packages at an upfront discounted rate

    After speaking on goals, our first session goes through all the core movement so I can learn functionality of my clients and reveal areas of growth to best stay aligned with original fitness goals

    I’m a member of the National Counsel of Strength and Fitness, as well as 2 years through Equinox private training program. I’m also certified in Prenatal/ postpartum training
