His raspy voice emanating over well-timed guitar plucks left those on the dancefloor jiggling. What differentiates Paddy from many other artists is his ability to read the room. We received many compliments during our wedding on picking such a good musician. While we appreciated those compliments, they were misplaced, and Paddy deserves all the credit. She played songs that I had requested as well as requests that my guests gave her as the night went along. She was very personable interacting with the audience at times and also provided quiet background music later in the evening. Nico was also wonderful with the little kids. At one point the kids were near her and she started playing some music that they knew. The kids started dancing and they had a great time.
