FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep pricing simple and fair. The final price depends on the type of furniture or carpet, size, condition, stains, and how much work is needed. We always prefer to be clear upfront, so there are no surprises after the job. If you send us a few photos, we can usually give you a good estimate before we come out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few simple questions and usually request photos so we can understand the condition of the item or carpet. We explain what can realistically be improved, give an estimate, and schedule a time that works for the customer. When we arrive, we inspect the area again, treat the main problem spots, deep clean, and make sure the customer sees the result before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed professional training focused on carpet and upholstery cleaning, including stain treatment, fabric care, cleaning methods, and equipment use. I also continue learning through hands-on practice and ongoing guidance to make sure each job is done carefully and with the right process for the material.
