The father initially came out to provide me with a quote and presented several different siding options. Since I’m not very familiar with the differences between the products, I explained that I wanted to have someone provide me with a more in-depth comparison so that I could make an informed decision and then get back to him. Unfortunately, he became noticeably upset when I mentioned doing additional research including AI and told me that I should not believe what I read or see online. The conversation clearly seemed to frustrate him, so I later informed his son about what had occurred and suggested that it might be best for the son to come out and speak with me directly.
The son came out, later that same day. He was very pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding. I explained the situation and what I was looking for, and he seemed very receptive. He indicated that someone would follow up with me regarding a quote. Unfortunately, I never received any further communication or follow-up after that visit.
