FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not ballpark pricing. I go to the job site, listen to the client's needs, then I calculate the material and men power cost, add a very reasonable profit and come up with the pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I make an appointment, see the job site, listen to the client, Then I calculate the material needs and cost, I calculate the time and number of guys to get the job done, where I figure out the labor cost, Add a reasonable profit that will cover my time and efforts to provide the best job. Total of these give me the price. I never use those published sf pricings because every job has its own needs and you need to calculate the details. For example you can do a kitchen for $5.000.- or $ 35.000.- depending on the requirements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated college of fine arts and architecture in the country of origin and after immigrating to US I managed a local construction company for 2 tears and got my home improvement license and started my company.
