After poor customer service and long wait times for repairs with a DIFFERENT repair company, I am thrilled with the quick response with Mr. Appliance. They fixed my oven next day and if you need any kind of customer service, you can easily get a REAL person on the phone.

Highly recommend their services. They fixed my wall mounted microwave. Technicians were quick in diagnosis, explained all the details with honesty. Communication & scheduling was also efficient & easy.

Great response time. Fantastic communication. They even send you a picture of the technician, so you know who to expect. My oven was repaired quickly. Very happy with the service!

Liked the service person - knew what he was doing - didnt like the appointment windows of 8-12 or 1-4. Had 2 appointments but couldnt go to work after as they came around 11:15. I had asked for first 8 am appointment and was willing to wait for that time but they didnt accommodate me
