- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality masonry and custom decking are long-term investments, not commodities. We don’t compete on being the cheapest; we compete on structural integrity and craftsmanship. We provide detailed, transparent estimates after an on-site evaluation. We do not offer arbitrary discounts because we don't pad our prices to begin with. You pay for premium materials, expert labor, and a build that won't fail in five years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have a brief phone consultation to align on scope and expectations. If it's a fit, we schedule an on-site visit to inspect the site and discuss design and engineering requirements. From there, we issue a clear, written proposal. Once approved and scheduled, we execute with precision. We keep our job sites clean and communicate milestones—we don't chase you, and we expect clear communication in return.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our expertise comes from years in the trenches—mastering complex stonework, structural footings, masonry restoration, and custom deck construction. We stay updated on regional code requirements and material engineering so your build stands up to northern New Jersey winters and freeze-thaw cycles without cracking or shifting.
