I have had the pleasure of working with Allende Matos on a project to help rebuild our impoverished client's home that has been inhabitable since Hurricane Irene. His architectural drafts and assistance with DEP regulations have been superb. We hired Allende to design our new home. He was quick and attentive and when we needed help with zoning he was there to support us (and get us approved). We later needed additional support with elevation questions from the building department and he attended those meetings at no additional cost. Would highly recommend.
