Hasan was the first to respond to my initial inquiry. He reviewed the issue and said to purchase a new kitchen sink faucet that he would install. The actual installation was done, and Hasan showed me that the first faucet assembly had been incorrectly installed and precipitated that faucet's failure. The installation fee and free initial visit was in keeping of the price range for this installation type. I would use Smooth Running LLC for future plumbing projects.
