I Had A Small Trench From The Back Exterior Of Property Leading Towards The Driveway To Have Been Filled. Steve Came Out The Same Day, Gave An Estimate & Was Ready To Complete The Project. The Only Delay Was Awaiting Township Inspection Of Electrical Conduit Positioned In Trench Prior To Closing.
Given The 3-4 Days Of Non-Stop Rain, Steve Was Patient & Came Back When Weather Permitted For Proper Application & Cure Time.
Steve Returned The Original Piled Dirt From Trench Opening; Hauled Away Any Excess Dirt; Stated To Have Filled With Code Specific Gravel Height; Then Finished Filing Topped With Asphalt. Steve Compact Every Layer In The Process. When I Got Home & Saw How The Trench Was So Professionally Done To The Point The Asphalted Area Didn't Look Like It Belonged To The Driveway, I Asked More About The Seal Coating Services They Provided. I Was Stuck On The Look :-)
Although The Driveway Wasn't New, It Surely Wasn't Bad. Very Minor, Fine Lines From Wear & Tear. One Area In The Far Back Of Property, The Driveway Had Tree Branch Uprooting Asphalt & Causing An Actual Crack, But Nothing Bad Enough To Prevent Use Or Property Structure Water Damage. As To Lower Risk Of Liability, Steve Informed Me The Driveway Appears To Have Been Previously Sealed With Water-Base Paint. And Did Advise, Although The Sealant May Be Applied, It Might Not Adhere & May Look Patchy From Some Minor Crevice Hole Dip Areas In The Asphalt That Wasn't Big Enough To Repair. I Still Proceeded With Wanting The Sealant Application To Not Only Protect The Driveway, But To Give It A More Uniform Look Especially Residue From Renovation Made The Driveway Look Worn. So Once The Trench Problem Was Resolved....It Became An Aesthetic Concern.
For An Additional Cost, Oil Base Driveway Sealant Was Applied 10/7/22 & Dried Up Nicely Enough To Test Walk, But Not Drive Over It. Because Steven Advised To Give It About 1wk.
During My Test Walk Inspection, I Noticed A Few Spotty Areas That Apparently The Sealant Didn't Fully Adhere To Due To That's Where The Dirt Initially Was Stored & Other Areas Of Prior Moisture That Didn't Fully Dry Up Prior To Sealant Application. When I Brought The Matter Up To Steve, 10/12/22 He Came To My Property Within 30min To Address It. Broomed Swept & Used Blower To Clear The Driveway & Applied A 75% 2nd Coat Sealant Application.
I'm So Impressed With His Care Of His Craft & In Providing Professional Workmanship That Although I've Paid In Full, I Decided To Give An Extra Monetary Tip!
In Comparision To Other Estimates Pricing Was Fair Market/Reasonable, Given The Add-On Sealant Application.

Worked with Stan and his crew to replace an existing 40 year old driveway, they were fantastic, first rate quality and value - even had them seal coat the driveway. What can I say, I would highly recommend Amazing Paving to anyone who is interested in having their driveway repaired or replaced.
