- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Recurring services is done as an ESTABLISHED rate depending on your choice of being a Weekly, BI-Weekly, or Monthly client. - Our initial Deep Cleaning Rate is $35.00 an hour per personal and we require all clients prior to starting recurring services to have an initial deep cleaning. Note: If we determine the homes doesn't require an initial deep cleaning than we will bypass the deep cleaning. - Our general Cleaning Rate is $25.00 an hour per person
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new client is as follow: - We first obtain the potential client's full name and home location - We ask the client how soon he or she wishes to obtain the service - We ask the client to vividly describe his or her main cleaning concern - We go over with the client our company's questionaire to obtain a better understanding of the structure of the home. - We share our company's structure, qualifications, types of insurance coverage which we carry, the types of services we offer and our rates. -Finally if the client is within Bergen or Passaic county we schedule a free on-site estimate. - At the time of the estimate we provide the client with the most accurate estimate for the project.
