Responded to my thumbtack request in minutes, told me what to buy, came the next day and installed. We needed an alarm for our septic installed and to troubleshoot and repair a few lights in the front of the house that wasn’t working eventhough the breaker wasn’t tripped. He identified the issue and corrected in under 2 hours. There was a slight misunderstanding around the pricing though. The initial fee to come out was not waived. I guess it’s only waived when it’s a big job. Be sure to clarify. Overall, I am EXTREMELY happy with the speed and quality of the work received.
