I bought a stacked washer and dryer unit and tried three times to get it installed, but each time we were told they didn't have the right parts or it was too heavy and some other excuses. I found Julio on thumbtack and he came when he said he would come and installed it within 1 hour. Amazing!

The renovation is over, and we are happy with the results. Julio and his crew are excellent. They built a patio privacy screen and power-washed the concrete floor. They also cleaned and restored the stone in front of the fireplace. Julio also installed three skylight energy-efficient films to reduce the sunlight and heat, which keeps the house nice and cool and saves money on your energy bill. They also repainted the houses' foyer and hallway walls and ceiling. Julio also installed a new electrical device for the garage's outdoor light. He also synchronized two new remote controls for the garage doors. Julio also installed three curtain rods and the drapes as well. Finally, Julio and the crew did some landscaping and pest control; since bees suddenly invaded us. Plus, they also cleaned up the gutters. In brief, he is the best contractor we have ever hired. We highly recommend Julio and his crew. Thanks again, Julio!

Julio did a great job on replacing a mailbox post. The work required a lot of digging in very rocky ground to create a hole for the post. Julio installed the new post and secured it by filling the hole with stones followed by quick-setting cement. Julio made careful measurements to be sure the post would be at the right height. The cost of the job seemed very reasonable considering the effort he needed to expend to get it done. Julio is very professional, easy to communicate with and punctual. He arranged for a convenient time to do the work and arrived on time. He even texted me when he was on his way. Julio works hard and is thorough. He also has an engaging personality. He really is a superhandyman.

Needed an over the counter microwave installed because apparently new microwave ovens last only a few years and it’s basically the same price to buy a new one than fix the old one which is a joke but I digress. Julio was exceptionally communicative, arrived right on time and did excellent work. The job was a bit more complicated than anticipated but he didn’t bang me for more than the agreed amount which is a class move on his part. Highly recommend him based on the work he did for me.
