I’ve been training at BD Fitness for six months and what I can say is that i have nothing to
Complain about, it has been amazing results! I have been reaching my goals and setting new goals for myself. Jordan who is my trainer is really motivating and always pushes me to reach all the goals that I set for myself. Everyone at the gym is very nice and professional, they make you feel like you are apart of something, and don’t make you feel uncomfortable. Brandon who is another trainer is awesome and very professional, he makes everyone at the gym feel like a family. If you are looking for private training lessons, please don’t look any further. This is the one for you. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They will welcome you with open arms. Training here was the best decision I ever made.

Couldn’t be happier with my progress at this gym. Been training with Brandon for 3+ months, and I‘ve learned so much about proper form of weightlifting and overall fitness. Brandon is not just knowledgeable- he’s a great teacher. I’m already lifting heavier than when I first started, all thanks to Brandon pushing me every session, while making sure I train smart and not risk any injuries. I always look forward to walking into the gym.
The gym has an awesome vibe too. All trainers here are genuinely friendly and approachable. I see people of all ages, from young adults to older folks, all getting different workouts tailored to them. No matter your fitness level, this gym is a great place to start your fitness journey.

BD fitness is a fantastic gym! It’s always nice and clean. My trainer is Brandon who does a phenomenal job. He makes every session fun and enjoyable. Brandon does such a great job of holding me accountable, getting maximum results in minimal time, and making me feel great! All the trainers here are motivating and encouraging! My boyfriend goes here too and trains with Mark. He comes home raving after all of his sessions and he loves going here as much as I do. If you’re looking for a great place to train - look no further. BD fitness offers all of the great qualities you look for in personal training. They absolutely exceeded my expectations.

I go to my training three times per week. My trainer Shawn does not let me get away with any of my numerous excuses why not to do so many reps or lower the weights. LOL
Shawn motivates you to work harder each time I go for training
Brandon, the owner of BD Training is always their and keeps the facility clean with a pleasant surrounding to do your exercise.
I highly recommend BD Training to anyone interested in a personal trainer.

Karolina is a great trainer. She's very knowledgeable and doesn't take any crap. She's there to help you grow and to push you beyond your limits to achieve your goals. The facility is great and you can do alot without losing focus. The price is great for a personal trainer and there flexibility to work around your availability is great as well.
