Mike A. says, "Ray was awesome. My Denon receiver failed to work as a preamp to a Rotel power amp after a recent power outage. Not even the sub worked. Ray tested the units and showed me how they are beyond repair. He could easily have sold me another power amp and receiver. Instead, he had a Yamaha open box receiver that he sold me at a steep discount. Incredibly, it powered my main speakers, which are large and thirsty for power. The Denon was incapable of powering these speakers at all. He also replaced two cables which upgraded my tv picture quality. It was a great experience and I appreciate Rays honesty and integrity. I recommend his work without reservation."See more
