This review has been long due . I just realized about it . Mario is a true professional , along with his friend ( structural engineer ) , they worked on some load bearing details of a 110 years old house and we made lot of changes to the interior of our home to cater to our needs and obviously a deviation from the style that prevailed 100 years ago . Added couple of bathrooms . The house was completely renovated , added central AC ( 2 zones ) , upgraded the electric to 200 amp and pretty much the entire plumbing is new. No one will ever say that the house is 100 + , is looks brand new .. Maria drew up the plans and also the structural details and had no issues what so ever with the city in getting those approved . A job well done .. Thank you Mario for making the house “ Our Home”.

The size of the project determines the fee for basic services upon an agreed contract. Additional services, which are not established on the contract, will be charged hourly. Giving all the information and specific details of the project will make the quote more accurate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to work with a new client, is important to meet and discuss the project in detail. This meeting will be ideal to have everyone on the same page and work towards the desired results within an established budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Masters degrees and I am licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey.
