Unbelievably good. Kim and Akbar came immediately to provide us a quote with which we were very pleased and accepted. We arranged for a one time service on a house on which we just closed but was left in deplorable condition. The four member team came to the house on schedule and worked unbelievably hard to get the house to move in condition. The difference was amazing. Every member of the team went above and beyond our expectations. Because of a number of "hard-to-see" conditions it took the team much longer to do the job. But Kim stuck to her original quote despite our offer to increase the payment for the job. We have now hired Kim to do bi-weekly routine clean of the house. We can not begin to express how pleased we are with K&A Maintenance. As an extra bonus, one of the team members recommended a plumber to us when we needed an emergency repair to a galvanized pipe in the 112 year old house. We are using him for these repairs and have been very pleased with his professionalism as well.

Highly recommend K&A maintenance, they are prompt and their service is outstanding. They did my living room floors and they are spot clean. They also painted my entire house 2 yrs ago when my family brought out 1st home.
