James was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and friendly guy. True to his word and very reasonable pricing. He wired a NEMA 14-50 50A for my Tesla model S and did clean work that passed on the first inspection. He also went above and beyond and took it upon himself to touch up some shorty runs in a junction box done by other electricians that were wrong. He would not even charge me extra for it until I insisted that I pay him for his extra time and work. For anything electrical in the future I will keep James at the top of my list!
Joe was very friendly and accommodating. He responded to my request right away. I just needed a light switch changed and he came and did the job swiftly. His rates were also much better than other electricians that were contacted. I will definitely use him again if I have any other electrical problems.
Chris was super responsive in our communications and scheduling. They were very fair in price regarding installation and wiring of my remodel recessed lighting. Rob was the electrician who came in and installed the lights. He did a good job and was extremely knowledgeable. The only gripe was the job was a little messier than expected. I would do business with them again.
Raymond was very prompt in responding to our request. We had a big job and his quote was definitely fair. It took a couple days for Raymond to complete the work due to some requests and setbacks on our end. Whereas many electricians would bail after the job is done, Raymond checked in to make sure everything was ok and even made a return to change something per our request. Raymond was professional, efficient and totally capable. I'm sure we'll be hiring him again down the line.
Jimmy is my new go-to electrician. He is very thorough, tidy and a pleasure to work with! He did all new electrical for our kitchen, swapped out an old sub-panel and more! He was great!!!
Excellent electricians! Honest and dependable. We recently moved into our first home and needed some upgrades with bathroom exhaust fan installations and lighting. They are knowledgeable and got the job done neat and clean and best of all - efficient! Would highly recommend!
The electrician diagnosed the cause of problem properly and made the necessary repairs. It should be noted that two other electricians and Con Edision were off in trying to figure out what was the cause of power outage. Very satisfied with result and will utilize DexWorks in the future for my electrical concerns.
Job at: 117 Oakland Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306 There are so many electricians running around in the neighborhood looking to perform troubleshooting jobs but most of these people are just guessing what is causing the problem. Johnny of JRD Electrical pinpointed the problem right off the bat, went out to purchase all the materials needed, and deliver to me a beyond expectation results in just a matter of few hours. To top it off, his fees are very reasonable. Thank you for the recommendation. Aurelio.
Jesse is a fantastic electrician.
Azz electric was fantastic! He came to do the work the week I requested. He hung two chandeliers for me - one over the stairs - not so easy and one downstairs in my home along with dimmer switches to go with them. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient with his time, and his price was in my budget! I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician. I have used other electricians in the past, and I think he was the best I have ever used. You will love him too!
Excellent service, fair price, highly recommended. I will use this electrician from this point on for all the electrical work around house.
Dave is the best electrician I've hired so far. He is extremely fair with his pricing and very easy to communicate with. My house isn't too old but it's old enough for the switch junction boxes to not have the neutral wires. I asked Dave install two smart switches (which require the neutral wire) + install two new outlets as well as a new light fixture. He did all that with no problems and with minimal demolition. This is another great thing about Dave - he doesn't punch holes all over the wall like other electricians; He spends a little bit of time to plan ahead so he has to make as little holes into the wall as possible. I admire his "can do" attitude. I look forward to working with Dave in the near future.
Paul did an amazing job installing a ceiling fan into my sunroom. I had started myself earlier in the week but I figured I'd better call a professional and I'm glad I did. Not only did he install my ceiling fan but he also gave me an inspection of the electrical outlets in my house, smoke/carbon dioxide detector and the breaker box. I will hire Paul again for my future needs whenever I need an electrician.
Great, professional real electrician ! He started to coach me through the app and gave great advice for free. After we tried everything I scheduled him and he was very helpful and professional. He came, he saw , he fixed! Hire this guy. He is not the cheapest but very reasonable and helpful also has manners. I wish I would have called him in the first place not that shoemaker!
I hired Kevin to install a chandelier. His quote was the most reasonable and he finished the project perfectly! I am thrilled. He stopped by the day prior to the job to take measurements and talk through the plan (where to place the switch, where to run the wires, etc). He showed up on time, got right to work and did not stop until complete. From start to finish (including invoicing/payment), it was less than 4 hrs. I am extremely happy I went with Kevin, who is a licensed electrician, b/c I received quotes from 3 other licensed electricians in the area (on Thumbtack) and they quoted upwards of $1200 for the job and estimated 6-8hrs to complete (this was originally for an in-wall installation). During my selection period, I gave them the same info and videos, that I gave Kevin, but their prices were still so much higher. For in-wall, Kevin quoted $300 (mine was a very light chandelier under 36 lbs). Kevin later suggested wire-molding where the wires would run along the surface of the wall, which requires no cutting into the walls or ceilings and quoted me about $250. Therefore, I asked for new quotes for wire-molding from the previous electricians, 1 of the other electricians returned with $1000+materials and another electrician came back around $800+materials and this is with NO cutting into walls and no patch work needed!!!! Kevin explained how the wire-molding would work and I did some research and found that there is no way this method is worth $800. So I hired Kevin and I LOVE the results. Bottom line: Kevin has the most fair prices, works efficiently, and the job was done perfectly. Beware of overinflated quotes from others.
