Introduction: I provide personalized service and custom menus depending on the clients needs and wants. I coordinate outside vendors such as rentals, flowers, service staff and entertainment at no additional cost. I specialize in smaller events (dinner for up to 40 and cocktails for up to 100) and I work 100% of these events as the Chef on site. I simply love making people happy with my food! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Average per person price for: (food only-service fee is separate) Cocktail Parties: $25 to $50 Dinner: $40 to $70 (including several passed hors d'oeuvres and multiple courses) Lunch: $20 to $40 Service fees: $30 to $50 per hour per staff person depending on your area. PERSONAL CHEF RATES: $200 to $300 per half day depending on your area. Usually this means several meals for a family of two to five. The cost of groceries would be additional. This is for a delivery. On-site evening hours including serving the meal would entail an additional fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would send a quote to the client and establish pricing and menu details. I am happy to do a site tour whenever possible, and examine the potential work area and layout.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years of experience working with high profile clients.
