- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our emphasis is on quality of work. Our pricing may not always come in cheapest but you will definitely be getting the quality of work you are paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will come out and give you a free estimate, then we send you a written proposal for your review. When you accept the proposal, we get you onto our schedule. Typically we will be working on your project within days of signing the contract.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been working in the construction field since the early 90s, started when neighbors started asking for home improvement help.
