- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair, non competitive. It’s not about the money all the time it’s about the work and meeting new people and making them walk away confident and secure by the work I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, overview of the project and my and their expectations, what I bring to table both strength and weakness. I don’t lie and will not take on a project I can’t handle. I’m honest and upfront about my skills, and experiences. If I can’t do it I say I can’t do it. However, if you have ideas to contribute I always have an open mind to try new things.
