This was a positive experience. Valerio was responsive, very polite and able to assess my sump pump issue. He also made an observation of a potential problem that went beyond the immediate issue at hand. He replaced the sump pump and will return to further evaluate the remaining issue he identified regarding my sink drain. I'm very pleased with his professionalism as well as his worker. Jersey Pride did an amazing job installing a sump pump for me, although it hasn't been truly tested by any heavy storms or floods, they did test it out in front of me and it worked like a charm. Would definitely hire again. Grade: A for now, plus when it gets tested by mother nature

I am grateful and satisfied with the great work Valeriano and his team did. He is very responsive and took his time to explain what needed to be done and to stop the leak in my basement. Valeriano and his time showed up on time and did a clean job. I was not even at home through out the day and they still got the work done perfectly. Valeriano is very trustworthy and has the experience to resolve any water leaks in basement. He also kindly installed an extra French drain for me.
