This was a positive experience. Valerio was responsive, very polite and able to assess my sump pump issue. He also made an observation of a potential problem that went beyond the immediate issue at hand. He replaced the sump pump and will return to further evaluate the remaining issue he identified regarding my sink drain. I'm very pleased with his professionalism as well as his worker. They are welcome here any time.

I am grateful and satisfied with the great work Valeriano and his team did. He is very responsive and took his time to explain what needed to be done and to stop the leak in my basement. Valeriano and his time showed up on time and did a clean job. I was not even at home through out the day and they still got the work done perfectly. Valeriano is very trustworthy and has the experience to resolve any water leaks in basement. He also kindly installed an extra French drain for me. Jersey pride came in and gave me an estimate on our basement for waterproofing and were able to offer the most for the least and their professionalism and prompt work was outstanding! We have gone through 2 storms and have not had any water in our basement / garage. We also had them redo the garage floor and it came out really nice. Very satisfied with their work and their follow up. I always got a prompt call back and text which is so important when someone is working on your home.

These guys were great to work with. They showed up on the time they said they were. They worked fast, and at the end of every day, they left the job as if they were never there. Any time i had a question or concern it was answered and resolved. While doing the french drain sump pump, they ran into a plumbing issue that had nothing to do with the job at hand. They helped me fix it and got the job done.
