Christian and the Red Letter team were awesome. They delivered more than they promised. They showed up early every day, took care of the permits and inspections, and made sure everything was built to code, including adding the railings we needed for accessibility. Christian was always responsive and easy to communicate with, and whenever we wanted to make changes, he walked us through our options and was transparent about everything. They also helped us add black railings and post covers that really elevated the look of the deck. They built a gate that gives us easy access to the space underneath the deck, which we now use for storage, and they helped us build a privacy wall on one side that made the space much more usable. On top of that, they installed deck lights at no extra cost and cleaned up all the debris when the job was finished. The craftsmanship is excellent, and you can tell they take pride in their work. The deck turned out even better than we imagined, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I'd absolutely hire Christian and the Red Letter team again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a deck builder.

I’m so happy I hired Red Laddar to repair my deck. They did everything I was asking for. I needed quite of rotted wood replaced and my stairs repaired. They didn’t just repair them they completely replaced them. They were very polite, professional and clean. I would highly recommend them!!
