Since moving into our house, we’ve noticed a lot of shoddy repair work that’s been done. Some brilliant person apparently tried to repair/hook up our dryer exhaust hose with duct tape. I came into the laundry room last week and found it hanging out of the ceiling. Ray was great to work with- super nice guy, educated me about the repair through the process, obviously knows his stuff and is thorough, and his fee was extremely reasonable. We’ll definitely hire him again in the future.

My whole experience was great. Ray was wonderful , he repaired my dishwasher, replaced a part on my washer and corrected my dryer vent. I will definitely be calling him for any future appliance repair.

Our dishwasher was had the dishes smelling like wet dog. We had a older unit so it was a bit harder to clean ourselves. The tubing was also poorly installed when we bought the home. Ray was super communicative and prompt and worked properly and fast. He took time to educate us on maintenance as well. I couldn’t recommend this service more!

Ray is one of the best technicians I have dealt with!! Very prompt, understanding and friendly. He goes out of the way to address any queries and make sure you are fully satisfied with his work.
