- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts for group and multiple sessions. Along with a discounted rate for meeting me near vicinity of my home. Fees include assistance via internet and remote tutoring. I am willing to help via text or internet if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a discussion of what the customer is looking for. Schedule a meeting. Provide a plan, set goals, and a schedule (if needed). Work with a customer until goals are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 Years and counting of tutoring experience. I tutored in colleges, universities, but mostly private one on one sessions. I also tutor groups, led tutoring teams for classes, and assisted college professors.
